Good service for good price

Service with Fastlane was smooth and nice, the company provided all the information I required for the transport of the vehicle and I see no fraudulent charges on my account.

The car was promised to be shipped on Thursday afternoon, which was delayed until Friday noon. I got the car Friday next week with no problems, although I wished the driver of the shipper company (Grande Express) would have called earlier instead of just calling me in the middle of work to pick up the car and leave it in a commercial parking lot.

The shipper (Grande Express) was okay, although they should have at least retract the radio antenna first, which is broken now. No additional mileage on the car from the time it was shipped.

I discounted 1 from the score because I wanted Fastlane to keep better tabs of the shipper they used.

CONCLUSION: Other than that, Fastlane is a good company for your car transport, for the price they give you, they do much better than most companies.
