We sincerly apologize for the delay. Are carrier broke down and your vehicle arrived 12 days late. You received a 70% discount from the amount you were charged without asking. You were also well informed throughout the whole process. We have numerous emails and phone calls which are recorded to document your order. Also we offered to pay for 60% of the damage you claim was caused by driver to the latch on your center console. If you feel this was not enough please contact our office so we may resolve any pending issues. Once again we apologize for the delay and for not providing our outstanding service which we are known for throughout the industry.
