I called on a Saturday to get my truck shipped from New York to Ohio. By Monday, they had confirmed the booking and sent me a contact name for reference. Contact was made with me on Monday letting me know my vehicle would be picked up within five days, beginning on that Tuesday. The truck was picked up on Thursday and delivered to me that Sunday. It was a great experience with a short turnaround time. The cost was also very reasonable when compared to other transport companies. Would highly recommend.
