Everything went smooth. When I emailed them they replied quickly. They called me 2 or 3 times to update me. I never felt like I needed to call them so the communication was great.my car arrived undamaged with nothing stolen from the passenger compartment.
My car was dirty but it had a long journey on an open trailer and I don't think that could have been helped.
I would use them again.
