The pick-up person was very accommodating, and even came to pick up the keys from my work, went back to inspect the car, then returned to finish the paperwork. The delivery people drove the car into Washington, D.C., rather than making me meet them outside the city boundaries, because the large truck can not enter the city grounds. Excellent service!
