We had an initial carrier assigned ( iTransport Auto Carriers) 1 day earlier then the client wanted and they refused to release the vehicles a day in advance. The carrier even took the time to wait another day to pick them up on their scheduled pick up date, but became very unreasonable because the carrier wanted to pick up in the morning and the client refused to release the vehicles until the afternoon. It's unfortunate, but sometimes we need to give these carriers the opportunity to pick up when they are ready, otherwise transport can be delayed. One of the owners of the company was in the military and understands that not everything can be planned. Sometimes we need to improvise, overcome and adapt to the situations at hand.
