Rip off don't respond to customers unprofessional

****updating my complaint. This company has now even refused to respond to my bank and MasterCard in regards to my complaint. People be aware if you use this and give a deposit they know it is for services rendered and it's not an automatic chargeback to them for the customer to receive a refund. This company is using this to their advantage to continue to keep money that does not belong to them. I have provided all required documentation including a long email trail but these cowards don't respond don't answer calls or written complaints. I have been working daily to recurve my refund since June 2. That is almost 3 months now!!!! Now just for my case there is me a banking officer and a representative from MasterCard working it. Really it takes all this to get a refund when I cancelled 44 days prior to even the original Pickup???? How unprofessional. My next move is filing a complaint with the FTC. Do not give these people your money or car you may never see either again



this has been an unbelievable experience. At first working with Donna was great. She was very responsive to give a quote and collect my deposit on April 4.2015. Well the nightmare started when on June 2 I contacted Donna and informed her my move from Indiana to Nevada had been cancelled. She responded no problem
And processing will be in touch to refund my credit card. I have contacted this company June 2 June 18 June 30 July 2 and July 8 with NO response!!!!Finally on July 8 I got ahold of Derek in processing who seemed confused about my situation and thought my request to move was on hold. I cleared up the cancellation (so I thought) with Derek who promised me gave his word he would personally process my refund and I would have it in about a week. Well after more calls in July I filed a dispute with my credit card company ( of which they still have not responded) and called again today August 6 almost 2 more months only to get Derek on the phone and his pissy attitude that I had reported to my credit card company and he of course had no answer still. Very unprofessional unresponsive sure glad they didn't get a hold of my car who knows where I'd be. Still unresolved today since June 2?
