My BMW was delivered yesterday by Steve Colwell from FedEx Custom Critical. The car was in the exact shape I left it in and delivered on time with good communication from Steve along the way. The trailer was spotless and I could tell that Steve took great pride in his custom service and how the car was transported. The overall process with FedEx CC was good - I had to initiate some of the first communications from them but it improved after that. Overalll a great experience and the car arrived on time in perfect shape.
