I'll be honest: I went into this experience hoping simply to not get screwed. My car was a non-running partial restoration that I was removing from a restoration company about to go out of business. Terrible experience there. The shipment process however, could not have been more different. From Alan's professionalism and willingness to work around my crazy Navy schedule to the prompt service and the really unexpected low cost, my shipping process was effortless and I couldn't ask for better service. The driver who delivered the car even helped push it up my driveway to it's final resting place (for now)! Great job, and I will recommend Federal to anyone I know needing to ship a vehicle.
