I choose this carier after reading the reviews and the quote price. There was $25 increase to the original quote. It was told to me and I agreed because I was promised on the pick up and delivery dates which i was not flexible on.
The move was good and smooth, the pick up person came on the exact date and 30 mins earlier. and the delivery on exact date as i was told, I have saved some money on this otherwise i will end up pay some money in car rental.
Alan responded to me in mails almost all the time on the same day or on the next day.

I will definetly use his service next time if I happen to move.
