My moving process has been a nightmare till these guys. From my movers to the original auto transport I hired. I broke my back to get my car to him (figuratively) and he delayed me. Then four days later no call! No answer from the driver or the company I hired origionally. Cesar called me from fidelity and asked if I had gotten a pick up yet... No! He sent me paperwork and found a driver and scheduled a pick up immediately. Within a day my car was on the road. The driver let me know at all times where he was and dropped off my car to the hour he promised. A-MAZING!!! If only my movers would let me know where my belongings were now and their "final total"?! Or even picked me up in the same week they scheduled me. "we'll be there tomorrow before noon"... A week after I booked with them. That meant a week later! A week later! Two weeks to get my stuff, three weeks my stuff has been??? Not here. Stay away from trusted first and all state. Thank you Cesar for restoring my faith. Go with fidelity!
