My husband and I moved from Charlotte, NC to Seattle, WA on 10/28/2014. On 10/03/2014 I submitted a deposit of $200.00 for Auto Star Transport to move my vehicle by 10/27/2014. My contact was Paul Kalbermatter. I spoke to Paul on October 17th, 20th, and 21st and he wasn't able to assign a driver to pick up my car by 10/27/2014. He had a carrier 10/29/2014 which is the day after I leave for Seattle, WA. This was my first time using an auto shipping service.

By reviewing transportrviews.com, I called Fidelity Auto Shipping Corp and spoke to Jasmine on 10/21/2014. She assured me that she could have a driver pick up my car by 10/25/2014. She kept her word. Johanna (Dispatch Manager) emailed the carrier and driver information to me on 10/22/2014. The driver called me on 10/23/2014. My car was picked up on 10/25/2014 and delivered 10/31/2014 in Seattle, WA. Both Jasmine and Johanna was extremely helpful and the carrier they used was very helpful also. Excellent customer service. I called Paul from Auto Star Transport for a refund after I spoke with Jasmine on 10/21/2014 and requested a refund. Out of the blue he was able to find a driver for me. Since he was able to find a driver, he was not able to refund my money. I signed up with Fidelity on 10/21/2014; Jasmine & Johanna had a carrier for me by the next business day. I signed up with Auto Transport on 10/03/2014 and Paul had a driver for me after I requested a refund. Bad customer service for Auto Transport.
