As expected with moving, I had a few hiccups here and there in the process but overall I wanted to say that it was a GREAT experience. In fact, one of my cars actually arrived a few days early (I shipped 2 cars). I did want to take a minute to say how amazing Sherry was! She helped me from beginning to end. And I'm not just talking the sales process, when I hit my minor hiccup, she didn't need to help me, but she not only helped, but went above and beyond to ensure that I had peace of mind throughout the process. Anyone that is shipping their car across the country should use Fidelity AND make sure you ask for Sherry, she'll take incredible care of you.
