We moved from WA to TX almost a year ago. I went with a different company requesting to have a F250 shipped inside a carrier. I gave 4 weeks notice and was promised they would have a driver within that time. I was getting a bit nervous when I was told that they hadn't had a driver yet. I started getting calls from David Medina 3 weeks out, 2 weeks...two days before we were have the vehicle picked up. David called and I again refused his help and was extremely stressed by the situation we found ourselves in. Over the following 48 hours I got "ghosted" by the original transport company. (David knew our F250 height wouldn't fit in any closed carriers, something the other transport company failed to mention and why they couldn't find a driver to transport it.) I humbly called David, apologized for being rude and asked for grace to help us get our truck picked up that day. He called me at 9:00 am with a driver who arrived that night at 9:00 pm to pick up our vehicle. We made our plane the next day and had our vehicle safely delivered three days later. David has remained gracious, understanding, and informative. David recently helped us when our son moved from OR to MT. Just as on top of finding a driver, We had a minor issue partly due to poor communication on my part and the transport company driver who had a family emergency. David and his coworkers were again gracious, understanding, and informative. The vehicle arrived in the same condition it was when it was picked up and the driver even made arrangements to deliver the vehicle last minute to my son's place of employment instead of his apartment. I have another possible vehicle transport coming up and I will be calling them again. I recommend this company to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle. I can't say enough about this company and our experience. They have been great to work with and I really appreciate David Medina!
