This was the first time I shipped a vehicle and thankfully, the experience was very pleasant. Josh was my contact person in Firstclass auto and he was good in customer service. After I booked the shipment I heard from him only the day before pick up, and the pick up was exactly on the day and time I wanted. The driver was Andre and he was a nice guy, delivered the car an hour before expected time. The car was as it was when i shipped it except for some heavy dirt on it. But being an open carrier it was something I already expected. Overall experience was great, i definitely recommend first class auto and Josh for your car shipments. I will definitely call them right away next time I need a car shipped.
