This is the most unprofessional company I have ever used. I do understand that most of the auto shipping companies are a bit shady, but this one was terrible. My car did get from point A to point B, but when it arrived at point B it was not drive-able. I was not contacted at all the entire time my car was being shipped. I called the dispatcher multiple times the day before and they finally called back to say that I was to be ready the following morning. They gave absolutely no notice- so I am lucky that my contact person could get off work and pick up my car. My car arrived with the front tire in the back seat. I was told that the tire was flat. This made me mad, because my tires are fairly new, but I thought if this was the only problem whatever, I would get a new tire. I took my car to the shop as soon as I arrived in town and the mechanic told me there were no holes or tears in my tire, and that the air had been leaked out. The driver did this so that I would sign for the car just under the impression that the tire was flat. In reality, the entire front of my car was shattered. I ended up needing new struts and new springs on both sides. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The worst part? Since all of this has happened they have not answered my calls or emails. I am in the process of constructing a legal battle to get the money back. Absolutely ridiculous.
