This company was very efficient. They came the day that they promised and delivered the car as promised, undamaged, and for the price agreed upon. We were given the driver's cell phone number as well. It was nice that the car was loaded directly onto the transport truck at pickup and offloaded from the same truck at delivery-no storage yards were involved.
Be prepared to be flexible as to the exact hour of pickup or delivery. That truck is large and our transport involved big cities at both ends of the trip.
We were flexible with our needs and were quoted a good price based on that. Josh Dollar handled the order and it only took two phone calls to get it done - one to make the request and one to confirm the details.
