Had no problem with setting up the transport for a week in advance. When it came time for pickup, they seemed to push the time and it was finally confirmed and picked up the same day. Sending end was not given but a couple hours notice and had to take off work....not 24 hours as promised. The truck and drivers were great. Contact with the drivers was non existent when I tried the number provided. Had to contact First to have the drivers call. They did and from then, contact was good. The car arrived with nothing more than road dirt on it. Drivers delivered in the light rain, late in the afternoon but it was still light enough to inspect the car. Overall, I would try them again.
