I picked this transporter/agent because they seemed to get very favorable reviews. They were not the least expensive quote I obtained, but not the most expensive either. In this case, I consider the little bit of extra money paid well spent. The car was delivered in perfect condition (a little dirt from the road, but what can you expect after a cross-country transport in an open carrier?). What seems common to all transporters is that there is considerable uncertainty in pick up date. That is, you say you want the car on a particular day, and it can be one-to-many days later before the car is picked up. This was true of these guys, but it seems to be inherent to all the carriers I researched. It is, apparently, the nature of the beast. If you can't live with that uncertainty, find a different way to get your car to your destination. I found these guys easy to deal with, straightforward, and the car arrived "safe and sound", totally unscratched. What else can you ask for? I would use them again, without question
