From the beginning to the end, getting in contact with First Rate Auto Transport, having the best possible pick up date arranged, (which was ideal for me), to the estimated delivery date, our experience was very pleasant. Every person involved in the process was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Since we went for open transport, the car arrived a little dirty outside due to weather conditions on the way, but that is what we expected since it's open to the elements on the road. All in all, I received great service, had a nice experience, and will use First Rate Auto Transport again if needed.
