Working with Noah Clark at First Rate Auto Transport made me feel like he was confident that things would go well, and they did! It was a little touch-and-go with getting a carrier driver initially, but Noah handled it well by explaining to me how the process works. Carriers use a virtual bulletin board to get jobs and First Rate gets calls from drivers as the jobs are presented there. Noah has his own cadre of drivers that he uses, but sometimes he has to use new drivers who are also well qualified, licensed, bonded, and insured. He and the carrier's driver were in close contact with me and kept me well-informed. I was impressed by Noah's constant calm and courtesy. He was diligent, informative, and polite under pressure! Thank you. My car arrived a few days ahead of schedule, in good condition (although dirty from the trip), and the carrier driver Gene Gordon from Reel Industries was courteous, professional, friendly, polite, and honest! Good job, First Rate Auto Transport! I'm a happy customer!
