We had a great experience shipping our SUV from Arizona to Ohio. All questions were answered while investigating options. Dispatch was especially helpful with the coordination of the origin pick up location. Along the way to OH the driver kept me informed of his progress and ETA. Upon arrival the driver was very courteous. Our car arrived overall very clean with no damage. We would use First Rate Auto again.
