I had two items in my car that I was told would "not be a problem" (although against regulations) by both Carmoza (broker), and the shipping company and driver, Marcello. Both were valuable, and looking back I should have paid the cost to ship them separately. Only one arrived with the car. Not only was Marcello rude and defensive about it, he told me that no one would steal one, they would steal both, and that my car was at the top of his truck the whole time so it was impossible. I would assume my car was locked the entire time... apparently not since there was no break in evidence to my car. He was extremely rude about the situation and offered no apology, or suggestions as to what could be done. Am still considering filing a police report. After he was approximately a week late delivering the car anyway. Horrible company, and quite sad to have such dishonest people responsible for your valuables.

flash transport does not steal items from cars.we tell the customers that we prefer clean cars.the brokers are the ones that promise the public the transport of their stuff.this customer came and received her car,walked around ,but never checked the inside of her vehicle.4 days later i received a phone call that her table was missing. i think she lied about it and was hoping that i was going to reimburse her some money back.so she made up this lie.
