I have numerous issues with my dealings with Fleet Auto Transport and would not recommend them to anyone.
1. They never picked up my cars at origin.
2. They never updated me on the status of the transport ( I never received a call at the 24 hour mark prior to pickup or at anytime during my transaction with them)
3. In fact I had to call them repeatedly about what was going on. ( They then started screening my calls. I know this because I would call immediately after from a separate phone and someone would pick up every time)
4. After they NEVER picked up the cars, they also refused to refund my deposit.
5. Kimberly actually started yelling at me while I was on the phone about the deposits.
6. Since then when I call about the deposits, someone always says they will check on it and then never returns my calls.
7. I have yet to receive my deposit back.
