Well here is a simple answer for all of you. HURRICANE!
He booked just before the storm hit. Gas prices spiked up after the storm, and he was unwilling to roll with the punches and pay for the extra cost. We worked at his rate, and guess what. No carrier could do the job. This guy is a hot head, and he is still being worked on by another transporter. Hmmmmm.
