Still no pickup. I wish I would of looked at this site before I decided to use a company. I went with Fleet United Auto because they were cheap...bad decision. They say 1-8 days for pickup but I have now waited 10 and the pickup seems no time this century. When you call customer service you can't even talk to anyone because you get an automated voice saying they are dealing with other customers. You can't even wait on hold! After several call attempts I left a message and never heard back. I emailed them and got the most vague, unhelpful response. I decided to go with another company because well....this one sucks! I am still waiting to see if I get my deposit refunded.
