They SAY 1-8 days but they have no intention of delivering what they promise. I don't care what the contract says, it's still false advertising. If it hadn't been for the 1-8 day pickup window I never would have even considered them in the first place. Fleet United loves to blame the "typical ignorant customer", but what they don't understand is that people are angry with the lies they spew.
If the company would just come out and say that it takes anywhere from three to six months to get your vehicle picked up, that would be an entirely different story, but they don't, so I feel no remorse in writing this review about a terrible company that needs to get its act together.
I actually sent them a cease and desist/contract cancellation letter and would you believe they were still blocking other carriers who could actually get the job done?! This was a full week after they had been asked to stop. I'm out $105 like many of you but I'm not above filing a lawsuit? Are YOU?
