Unbelievable!

I am still in shock. This past week I had a 1965 Cadillac Deville sent from Iowa to Georgia with Fleet United. I booked it at 1:00PM on 10/04/06 with Antwan, and he told me that it would be approximately one to two weeks for pick up. About an hour later I get a call asking me if it was alright for pick up to be that day or the next. Within FOUR hours of my initial call my car was already picked up. I was in shock, as well as amazement. I was told that the latest my car would be here would be the 10th of October. However on the 6th, I got a call from the driver saying he would be at my house that night. Again, my expectations were far exceeded. The driver, Joseph, was professional and friendly. My family in Iowa had already confirmed that. I still can not believe the efficiency of this company. I have been so impressed that I think I have told everyone I have been in contact with lately about Fleet United. As far as future transporters, there is no other option for me in my book.
I also want to point out why I went with Fleet United. When comparing the other companies, I thought it was admirable that Fleet United would spend the time to respond to the public complaints and showed they listened. Anyone in retail and service will tell you complaints are inevitable, but it is how you deal with them that really says something about your business. Thanks Fleet United. Hopefully I will be able send some business your way and they can tell you “Chris sent me”.
