I made a mistake and booked a transport with Fleet United Auto Transport to have my truck transported from Iowa to Virginia. He was easy to contact by phone and/or email up until the transport was booked and he got my deposit through my credit card. Once that happened, I could never get anyone to answer the phone before,during or after business hours. I left messages by phone and email that were never returned. I have to admit, I didn't do my homework, because I would have never even thought about dealing with this company.
