The service was excellent. I received prompt responses every time i had a question. my agent was James Lester, I would like to make sure he gets the credit for this. If it was not for his continuous follow-up and information, i might have gone to a different company. Now that i chose Fleet United, I'm glad i didn't go anywhere else.
As a matter of fact, I got the car transported in the end of February, it's May 21st today. The reason i'm writing this comment is that i went through my emails to get Fleet's contact nfo for a friend of mine who wants to ship a car from out of state.
In addition to the great customer service, I also got the lowest price in the market. Of more that 10 companies, Fleet United's price was the lowest. It was just $850 to ship it from coast to coast.
As with all transport companies, you have to have an 8 day (or so) window from the available date to the pick up date, so as long as you give yourself enough time, your transaction would be a hassle- and worry-free one.
This is a great experience and I would definitly use Fleet again and I already did recommend it to my friends and family.
