unfortunately, if anybody should know what is going on is a person that is with the armed forces. This person parobably never read the contract which was very clear and to the point, maybe this person cannot read and just signs anything. Even though she has been a problem from the beginning and was told about the possible 10% increase in the contract, she now complains.
Also where does it say that they will be called 12-24 hours before these are only estimates, we cannot control the drivers times.
this person just does like to pay the right price as per the signed contract and probably complains to everyone even though it is her own fault, it is very hard to do business with an illiterate person, she wants it her way.
She is the crook she tried to rob the driver for what she signed for.
