THis company was very nice until they recieved there payment.After that it was downhill. They quoted me one thing and when the car was delivered they sent me a email stating that I owe the driver an extra 10% for gas. Unreliable represenative. They are just brokers and dont care about your car. Thay never call and ask if everything was okay. The driver was supposed to notify 24 hours in a advance he called two hours in advance. And 12 hours before drop off. They driver was unprepared we he arrive to pick the vehicle. This company will never get my business or any of my fellow NAVY officers to ship our cars so in the long wrong they messed up their business for a 10% gas fee they failed to mention orally.

unfortunately, if anybody should know what is going on is a person that is with the armed forces. This person parobably never read the contract which was very clear and to the point, maybe this person cannot read and just signs anything. Even though she has been a problem from the beginning and was told about the possible 10% increase in the contract, she now complains. Also where does it say that they will be called 12-24 hours before these are only estimates, we cannot control the drivers times. this person just does like to pay the right price as per the signed contract and probably complains to everyone even though it is her own fault, it is very hard to do business with an illiterate person, she wants it her way. She is the crook she tried to rob the driver for what she signed for. a copy of this response was sent to the customer.
