this customer booked the order on 1 day and wanted the car picked up the next, he was told to read paragraph#1 of contract terms and condition there is an expedited for this service, he indicated to go ahead and we did, when the driver called him to pickup the car he refused to give him the car, as a result he called and cancelled, the cancellation fee after the car is booked with a trucker is the $200.00 deposit, but we only charged him the $50.00 cancellation fee.
I guess that it does not pay to be nice.
