Very Bad Experience

All I can say about this company is that they are dis-honest, cheat, lies. I sign a contract to move my car from California to Arkansa for $550 they (Mr. Matt) promised me and told me that it includes all the cost including road tax,gas/diesel tax,etc. and there is no other hidden or any kind o charges. i went for the cheap and good deal and I had no hurry to send the car. Then next day, I found a very bad review on the internet about this company so I decided to contact them again to make sure they honor the contract as promised and not charge the extra $$ that claimed by this bad review. Now, when I call them and asked about my contract again, they (Mr. Andy) explained that they will assign a truck and pick up my car in a day or two and they will charge me extra $175 for early pick-up, also there will be diesel charges, and road/insurance taxes and total would be almost $300 more than the signed contract. I toled them that that is not what I was told and promised and discussed with Mr. matt a day before. They told me that I will have to pay almost $850 when the car is delievred. So, I decided to cancel the contract the company refuse to return my $200 deposit. Now, they have just refund me only $150. I have requested for a full refund. Long fight..Only thing I can say that avoid..avoid..this company..very rude people..I can't find words...

this customer booked the order on 1 day and wanted the car picked up the next, he was told to read paragraph#1 of contract terms and condition there is an expedited for this service, he indicated to go ahead and we did, when the driver called him to pickup the car he refused to give him the car, as a result he called and cancelled, the cancellation fee after the car is booked with a trucker is the $200.00 deposit, but we only charged him the $50.00 cancellation fee. I guess that it does not pay to be nice.
