unfortunately the customer has to do something to redeem the gasoline redemption certificate, he did not think that we could afford to pay for this and still give him triple a service . I do not know what he thought but the gasoline redemption certificate was fully explained.
This customer requested a pickup date of 10/31 and it was picked up on that date, we should have charged $300.00 expedited fee [as per signed contract] and we charged $175.00, he begged us to get the car to his daughter quickly, since she needed the car and then he would send another car for his x wife to the same destination.
