EVIDENTLY THESE PEOPLE BOOK ORDERS WITH THE WOMAN NAMED lEGUS, AND THEN THIS GUY APPEARS WHO INDICATES THAT HE KNOWS NOTHING AND DOES NOT LET YOU GET A WORD IN DURING THE CONVERSATION, WE ARE ONLY ABIDING BY THE CONTRACT WHICH WAS VERY CLEAR IN THAT THE OCEAN COMPANY [MATSON NAVIGATION] IN THAT THEY ONLY INSURE THE VEHICLE UP TO $7000.00, WHEN THIS WAS TOLD TO LEGUS, SHE SAID SHE WANTED THE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE, WHICH WAS AT A COST OF 8% OF THE SALE, SHE ALSO ACCEPTED THE FUEL SURCHARGE IN PARAGRAPH#7A, WHICH AGAIN IS VERY CLEAR. SHE SIGNED THE CONTRACT WHICH INDICATES THAT IF THE FUEL IS RISING WE CAN CHARGE UP TO 10% ADDITIONAL, SHE WAS CHARGED 5% AS PER THE SIGNED CONTRACT.
I GUESS THAT WHEN THE CAR IS BEING DELIVERED EVERYONE CHANGES THEIR MIND AS TO THE PRICE.
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TALK TO LEGUS, THIS MAN KEEPS CALLING AND ANSWERING THE PHONE, SHE IS THE ONE THAT BOOKED THE ORDER.
