I have worked with this company in the past to transport a vehicle for me and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. I transport vehicle several times each year due to business needs. The first experience was so smooth and this company's honesty and integrity is beyond words. I've worked with the same agent both times.

This time was a different situation and I believed it deserved a salute, regardless. I called this agent at 6:00 PM on a Saturday evening. I was actually able to reach her in person. I asked for an immediate transport of my vehicle as I had an extreme family emergency. I'm ashamed to say that I didn't believe it was possible to accomplish, so ultimately decided to store the vehicle instead, not believing that she would be able to get someone to pick up that night. She told me that I would have to pay a pretty high priority to get the job done. I agreed. Within two hours, she had someone ready to pick up and transport my vehicle.

Eventhough, I did not transport, (I had to get on a plane) once she was able to reach me, just before I boarded, I had to turn her down. She worked two hours on Saturday evening and accomplished the job. I realize she wasted alot of time, she didn't make a dime and yet, she handled that with exteme professionalism. She invited me to call her any time. Wished me well on my trip back home and offered best wishes to my family member.

I thought this deserved recognition. I don't know of anyone who would have been OK with how all of this happened. I would recommend this company, especially this agent to anyone. Consider yourself fortunate if you get Jackie, as a matter of fact, ask for her if you can.

Thank you again for your kindness, compassion, understanding and hard work. I will work with you again in the future.
