My shipping broker assigned Four Seasons Auto Transport to me as the carrier and I was especially apprehensive about using them because they have an F with the BBB and 1 star on transportreviews.com. The broker assauged my fears by explaining the industry's backend, relaying her positive experience with the carrier and sending over their internal reviews, which were quite good. I'm so glad she did because I had no trouble with any aspect of the entire process and I got to pay the price that I wanted, which was $100-$200 less than most of the quotes I had received. Four Seasons driver didn't speak the best English over the phone but communication frequency was excellent, he was understanding and he did his best to accomodate my needs in the pickup. Also, my car was delievered much quicker than I thought it would be and everything I had packed in the car arrived intact. I'm very happy with the experience.
