I have mixed feelings about my transaction with them They gave me the lowest quote I received, at 425.00 with supposedly 10.00 off for signing up on the internet. I waited 10 days for them to schedule a carrier, and then got a call saying that the driver wanted more money, so I ended up paying 350 to the driver and 125. to Fox for a total of 475, 60.00 more than originally quoted. John was a bit confused and confusing on the phone, and I don't think I got the 10. off for internet booking, although I asked for it 2x. They said they discounted their normal fee down from 175.
Could possibly be a bait and switch, could be they just under-quoted me (that was my impression). Either way it was still a good price and once it finally got scheduled. the driver got the car here on time and in fine condition.
