So understanding that this usually boils down to brokers putting the your route and offer up on a big board you can understand why there are so many issues with poor service. I had a nightmare experience with another company but went back to Fox and it really highlighted the difference.What separates them is the communication during the process. They actually answer the phone and return calls AFTER they've collected their fee. Trust me, that's rare these days. They also reached out to the guy shipping for me when there were some delays so he wouldn't get frustrated. Again, you won't see that often if ever.
Bottom line, these guys care.
