Setup for pickup and delivery of vehicle was fine. When vehicle arrived, it had a flat tire. We spoke to Fox Auto Transport and they suggested we make a deal with the carrier, Chicago Auto Transport. They paid us what it would cost to repair the tire. When we found out that the tire was not repairable, we contacted Fox Auto Transport again and they said they were not liable. They only contracted with the carrier. Funny thing is, we had no way to know in advance who the carrier would be, or to research that business.
They had us contact Chicago Auto Transport again and they said they would send us the cost of a used tire. Never happened. I contacted Fox Auto Transport again and they said they understood this reflected on them and they would try to work with Chicago Auto Transport to get this money to my 19 y.o. daughter, who was footing the bill for this vehicle sent to her from her father. I contacted them repeatedly for over 5 months. All promises, no payout.
Don't use Fox Auto Transport as they do not back up their service - they wash their hands of it!
