I was contacted by a rep name Alexandria Marie on the 20 of August about transporting my vehicle, I was charge $845. I also went ahead and pay an extra $100 for the expedited shipping. I was told by her that it would take 2days to pick up, and 3days to deliver. After a week passes, I make numerous attempt to contact Miss Alexandria through text, phone calls, and emails, with no response. I assured her that I was paying over $200 for storage and it was getting higher by the day. I sent an email asking them NOT to pick my vehicle up and to go ahead and cancel my order, on aug. 31st, the next day I got an email saying my vehicle was picked up and on its way.
Which was a Huge lie, because I called the yard on the 2nd of sept. And it was still sitting there. I finally got my vehicle on the 4th of September. This rep and company are liars, manipulators, and a con artist. I would not recommend them not even to carry my trash around the corner.
