Loss of Communication

I've used Frank before and being it was my first experience, everything went well beyond my expectations. I inked their name in as my go to shipper for cars based off of that experience. It saddens me to know that I have to write this review about them because of the lack of communication. I'm in the military and was preparing to move my vehicle from the East Coast to the West Coast. Frank and I were emailing back and forth about the timing of picking up the vehicle of a course of about 2 months. The time was coming near to actually ship the vehicle and Frank contacted me with the contract which I immediately signed and sent back with the $100 deposit. We had discussed that he needed a 1-5 day window for the vehicle to be ready for pickup. I told him no problem, just let me know when was the best time as my biggest concern was to have my vehicle on the West Coast by a particular time. He gave me the window and so all was well. It got down to the end of the 5 day window, I attempted to make contact with Frank via email and phone but no luck. I expressed to him that I really needed the vehicle picked up in the coming days which would have been passed the 5 day window to lessen my out of pocket expenses for a rental car while waiting on my vehicle. I made that phone call on 29 June and today is the 5th of July. I've yet to hear from Frank or any of his associates. It's not like him to not communicate but at this point. I'm really not happy because I'm having to jump through hoops to find someone to pick my car up before I fly on 7 July, yeah....2 days from now. I haven't even gotten my deposit back from Frank yet but I can't wait for that right now because I'm in a very bad position. I can't drive to the West Coast at this point because I have to be there by Friday morning. My greatest gripe with Frank at this point is the lack of communication. If he would have told me he was having trouble I could have made plans to either leave sooner and eat the cost of my plane ticket by driving or made plans to have the vehicle with someone else that could act on my behalf. It's too late for any of that now. All I can do is cross my fingers and pray it works out. Frank please correct whatever situation you may have had with me on this agreement so no one else has to deal with the same situation.

Customer had a delivery date that prohibited us from delivery prior to July 7th. The carriers are in the area only once a week so we had to by pass the first available carrier and wait another 7 days before the next one becomes available. Unfortunately, the lapse in time in order to meet the delivery deadline was too much for the pick up deadline. We tried our best to accomplish this customers transport needs as we had in the past but the window of time needed was too small for us to accomplish. All money will be refunded back to them.
