This was my first time having a car transported and I didn't know what to expect. Frank called me the day I decided I was just gonna drive to VA to get the car because I had a horrible experience with another transportation company. He gave price(550) and dates (7/25-7/27) of when he could pickup and deliver the car. He was true to his word. I did not have a problem at all with Franks. I would definitely use them again. My car was picked up and delivered within a 3 day time frame. Exceptional customer service. I received emails continually giving me information on the process of this transaction.
