This was the first time I had a car transported,,I was about to give up after speaking with so many companies and then reading soooooo many horror stories in the rating and reviews when I checked them. Then, I stumbled on "Franks" (You guys should get you name out there BIGGER). My contact was Paul. Although pleasant, there was no overselling no unrealistic promises or misrepresentation of what to expect. They got my business,,,THANK GOD! Everything was perfect,,they were actually more concerned with my car they I was,,I was busy with the move and they were busy with the car. I did not even get a chance to make one call checking on the progress of the transport or ETA as Paul or the Driver called me every step of the way. I could not be a bigger fan of "Franks auto Shipping and Transport". The car was delivered quickly, with no damage and I was kept well informed throughout the entire process by people who were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely use Frank's again in fact I would only use this company and I would recommend then to everyone that needs a car transport; one less thing you have to worry about! Thanks Guys!!!!!!!!
