Frank's Transport had absolutely fantastic customer service. I had issues with having to get quotes, then cancel, then reschedule in a matter of weeks. He didn't miss a beat and did everything he could to accommodate me along the way. His crew even proved flexible on the day of pickup as my location had to change at the last minute to somewhere halfway across town (in San Antonio - so that's not a small distance!).
My truck was professionally loaded and delivered to Honolulu, HI way ahead of schedule. I couldn't be happier. If I have to ship a vehicle again, I'll be using Frank's Transport.
