This was my first experience with an auto transport company. If I'd understood how easy it would be, I wouldn't have fretted so. Frank's quote was one of about 10 I received from an internet query, ranging from $850 to $995. Frank's quote was not the lowest but their email provided the most information and their customer service was very available.
I called on a Monday, they picked up the car on Thursday and delivered it on Wednesday. The timing was very important because i had made my plane reservation and only I could be there for the delivery of the car. The driver was very knowledge about my rural area for pickup. At the pickup he told me the day he expected to make my delivery and told me when to call him. He delivered on the day he anticipated. This is a huge truck. I was worried how he would deliver to my old urban neighbor with 1920"s wide streets. He managed to deliver at the corner, a half block away from delivery address.
The car was delivered pretty dirty after a snow and snow storm... a car wash had it looking as it did before pickup. And did I mention, the final quote was actually LOWER than the original, $825 vs $875. How often does that happen?
