Had used one transporter before for cross country enclosed carrier. Multiple problems with pick up, broke down for two days, multiple contacts with different answers. Franks called me promptly over weekend for quote follow up. Made arrangements for pickup and was on time. Delivery was in less than 3 days. Drive contacted me and was very courteous and helpful. Follow up after delivery was made by company. Will definately use Franks again for my transport needs.
