This was the first time that I had used an independent auto transport company. Franks did a fine job delivering my 2006 Saab 9-3 to IL from TX for what I felt was a very competitive price. The vehicle arrived on time and with no damage. The exterior of the vehicle was very dirty (covered with salt spray) but I expected that given that I had opted for an open carrier instead of a closed one. Overall I feel that hiring Franks was a good decision and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
