This was a most satisfying experience dealing with Franks Transportation Service. To begin with, my questions were all answered with clarity and with a professional response. The staff was so supportive in understanding my worries and concerns. I realized that they wanted to be there to make this a most positive experience. Our truck driver was so personable and curteous as well as an excellent driver, that from beginning to end our car was in such good hands that it was shipped in perfect condition. All this was accomplished during some very nasty winter weather across our country. Thie company is a winner in my book.
