I was given a verbal confirmation that my car would be picked up the week of February 14th. Well, it's March 4th and after being told "it'll be another week" several times, Frank granted me the mercy of canceling my order.
It was a nightmare from the start. First they didn't see my payment info on the order form so payment and shipment were delayed. Then after two separate snow delays, I was told "no way" would this shipment be delayed into March. I contacted them today, March 4, and they still had no answers/explanations which is why I think they just refunded my deposit without any hesitation.
After 3 weeks of renting a car (costing me hundreds) because of this company, I'm now starting all over. An absolute nightmare.
