The best thing about Frank's, and Frank himself, was the steady and reliable communication throughout the process. The carrier that actually moved the car, Pioneer, promised delivery in between 7 and 12 days from the date of pickup. The pickup was right on time. 6 days later they called and said car would be delivered the next evening. On day 7 they called and explained that the truck was experiencing some mechanical problems. I received several additional calls updating me on the status. Ultimately, the car was delivered on day 9, which was well within the time frame quoted. Car was in good shape, clean, and none-the-worse for the trip. I would highly recommend Frank's. Good service. Good people.
